Staging Consultation/Video Preparation |
This service includes a one on one in home consultation with a trained design specialist and set stylist. This is a good way to optimize your video tour. With an objective eye, we give you the best tips and suggestions on how to quickly and easily prepare the property for shooting, to ensure the best end result. $50/hr - one hour minimum

A 50% deposit is required upon booking the videographer/photographer, and balance due upon completion. Payments accepted: cash, certified cheque, pay pal and e-mail money transfer. Or if preferred, full payment may be made anytime prior to scheduled date.
Completion of tour within agreed time frame is dependant upon:
- Videopgrapher/photographer has access to property upon agreed day and at scheduled time.
- Cancellations or revisions to schedule should be made no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
- Cancellation fees or travel fees apply if 24 hours notice is not given.
24 hour turn around is dependant upon:
- receipt of 50% deposit no later than the day of filming/photography.
- agent/homeowner pre production material completed, error free, and received by Silver:House no later then 24 hours prior to filming/photography date.
- high definition web video tours without narration -music only (Silver package).
In the case that a cancellation is made with 24 hour notice of the scheduled date, payment may be returned, less a 35.00 cancellation charge.
A minimum of two (2) web video tours must be scheduled for the same day on any locations outside our regular coverage area, plus a travel surcharge. Inquire by phone or e-mail regarding your listing.
